SHIPPING & REFUNDS

S H I P P I N G 

We ship currently to the USA, Canada, Germany, France and England. 

Products ordered and paid for will ship within 3-5 business days. Business days include Monday – Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

All orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the size of the order. All customers residing in the United States, Canada, Germany, France and England will receive tracking number via email prior to the package being mailed.

Orders are processed based upon the sequence in which they were placed. Please double-check your address while checking out to make sure it is up to date!

We will do our best to keep shipping cost as low as possible. Please email us if you want your order shipped faster!

International Shipping
Buyer is responsible for any and all VAT, GST, PST, HST, Excise Fees,
Customs fees, and/or Import Taxes due to your home country. 
We are not responsible for any additional fee's charged at customs as well as for any shipping delays due to customs.

R E F U N D S 

We want you to be happy! Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not satisfied with your SILBA products you may send them back within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit (minus the shipping charges). 

For a refund, approximately 75% or more of the product must be remaining in the original container or bottle. We only process returns for products purchased at www.hidesertsilbasoap.com

Please include your order number on your return. Customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Securely wrap your return. We are not responsible for returned items lost and/or broken in transit.

Once your return is authorized, we'll provide a refund. Shipping cost is not covered for refunds. 

E X C H A N G E S
If your SILBA product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us via info@hidesertsilbasoap.com and include a photo of the product(s) that were damaged, and we will have a replacement shipped to you. 

Free gifts or promotional products are not refundable as well as unauthorized Hi-Desert Silba Soap retailers.
